In rollerderby, we are often on stoppers. And we tend to wear these parts out quickly on the Powerdyne Thrust turntables.

On entry-level models from Riedell, with the composite plates, this insert is in Imperial / US thread with a 5/8 inch diameter.
It is this which allows the brake to be attached to it using the clamping nut. This piece is used for the training phases during the training of "fresh meat"for blockages or during the game phases during the first laps on the track, for accelerations.
If on your pair of R3, Dart or She Devil, your brake no longer remains in place, remember to check if this part is not damaged and if necessary replace it before your stop remains blocked or falls on floor.

Nomadeshop advises you not to forget that you have to insert the brake threads enough to avoid tearing it off on the too marked supports and to tighten the nut against the base of the plate so as not to wear the toe stop and the insert.
Check that your stopper is provided for US plates and not with Metric / Metric "European"threads.
